Nervous System Quiz

A nervous system quiz of 8 questions on neurons, their wiring, and the system's divisions — playable in the page, with your best score saved in your browser.

The scope of the question set

Eight questions, three angles: the neuron itself, the wiring that carries its signals, and the divisions the nervous system is sorted into. The quiz asks what the parts are called, how the pieces connect, and which branch of the system claims which job.

Everything stays at diagram level. The nervous system is treated as a structure with names and branches — never as a subject with symptoms.

The paper trail behind each answer

Cross Section’s question bank is a 200-key dataset that was deliberately written twice. Two authors worked through the identical list of keys without conferring, and their finished copies were compared value by value: 200 of 200 came out the same. The rule that follows from it is simple — if both authors cannot vouch for a value independently, no question is built on it.

From first pick to final review

Each of the 8 questions offers four options. The page marks your choice instantly and shows the correct answer whether you had it or not. Once the set is finished you can walk back through every question in a review, and your best score waits in your browser for the next run. No account, no download — the quiz runs where you are reading.
